With 19 years of automotive industry experience, I have worked in nearly every part of the business. My career began in retail, where I spent 11 years as a General Sales Manager. During that time, I learned how to lead teams, train salespeople, and create processes that drive consistent results. These early years shaped my commitment to strong leadership and hands-on work.
After retail, I shifted into commercial, fleet, and government sales, where I have spent the last eight years. This move allowed me to use my retail foundation while building something bigger. I played a key role in establishing two successful commercial operations, helping to create the structure and systems needed for long-term growth. As a result, I understand how commercial departments operate at every level.
Throughout my career, I have been directly involved in every stage of the sales process. I have worked on meet-and-greets, managed CRM systems, structured deals, and handled F&I opportunities. I have also coordinated with accounting to ensure deals are funded and closed accurately. This full-circle view helps me solve problems quickly and keep operations moving smoothly.
